Block making machines “Rifey-Buran” are designed to make various concrete products. Operating this hi-tech equipment with the principle of semi-dry vibrocompressing it is possible to arrange production of paving slabs, border stones, curbs, slag blocks and a number of other components of various shapes and configuration.

Availability of standard module providing automatic control of the equipment almost completely excludes human factor, and, consequently turns the production safer and more reliable. Equipping the line with such a module increases its productivity by 20%. As a result, servicing and operating this complex does not require high qualification from the stuff.

Virtually, being equipment for paving slabs “Rifey-Buran” provides various concrete components applied in construction, reconstruction and repair operations by replacing punching molds. “Rifey-Buran” line along with “Rifey-Polus” is the only equipment available in Russia for producing road border stone 300х150х1000 in accordance with all GOST requirements.

 Construction shows such design features that neither scheduled repair nor its readjustment for producing other products will require much time and efforts: so, replacement of molds for readjustment of the equipment will require 1 hour maximum. Most components are uniform and abundant which provides high serviceability of the complex and allows its operating in the regions with underdeveloped infrastructure, where the supply of broken down nonstandard parts is hard to arrange.

Multifunctional and highly productive vibrocompressing line “Rifey-Buran” is comparatively small which allows installing this complex either outdoors or indoors. Minimal area required to operate the unit is 250 m² at the ceiling height 3 m minimum.

The line turns out building blocks including hollow ones, solid and shutter, decorative and cover stones, development elements, paving slabs of different geometry, border stones and lawn fences. 

Design advantages of the line: New development of "STROYTECHNIKA" factory - the "RIFEY-BURAN" line contains all assemblies essential for independent manufacture of products: vibrocompressor, batcher, mixing machine, mixture charger, accumulator, oil pumping station and electrical cabinet.

Easy operating and maintenance of the line doesn’t need a high proficiency of a staff.
